Hi, I recently open my Asus rog strix g1513 laptop to clean the fans and while disconnecting the battery there was a spark near the connector (c6000) and a capacitor (C60050 ) and the keyboard , fans stopped working and the laptop only works when charger plugged in, otherwise no. I removed the burned capacitor and the nearby caps stopped shorting but the problem didn't go away when I turned the motherboard some capacitors ( c8047 c8048 c8049 c8050 c8051 c8053 - connected to pin 25 and 57 of the u8003(ite252e248a) and c8023 c8024 c8046 connected to pin 24 ) are shorting ,,,,pin 26 is ground btw.... also the cap 68028 connected to pin 14 and 15 u6800, charger ic ,via both sides is shorting ,,i removed this cap and the pads are still shorting..I'm attaching some images, pdf and board schematic,,,If someone can help me, I would be very thankful.

Hi everyone,
I have an Asus Strix-G15-G513RM, who starts normally, but as the fans don't work, it stops and is really really hot,
The Bios was the latest one, (327), but I managed to downgrade it to version 325 to see if it changed something,
(as I read somewhere that a corrupted bios can explane my problem), but nothing, it just went full blow during the downgrade,
(so now, i can say that the fans are fonctionnal), but as it restarted, the fans won't turn at all again.
ah, and in the Bios, even when the temperature is really hot, the fan are a 0 rpm,... -

Hello, everyone!
I have some trouble with the G513-MP-GBM board, it's from an ASUS ROG STRIX G713IC-HX041W.
The total current consumption was about 200mA. The 0.8 Volt rail at the CPU was correct working.
But the power button has not been pressed...
I found some spurious solder between the pads 6 (VRA_SVT) and 7 (APU_PWR_EN) of the PWM-controller, "U66000".
Which can explain why this power rail has been starting without... -
I’m troubleshooting an ASUS ROG Strix B660-I Gaming WiFi motherboard and I’m a bit stuck at the BIOS level. What I’ve tried so far- Attempted to flash the BIOS using the USB BIOS FlashBack (Q-Flash) port with a properly formatted FAT32 USB drive.
- BIOS file downloaded directly from the official ASUS support page.
- Followed the exact FlashBack procedure (correct port, renamed file, standby power only).
Issue:
The FlashBack LED does not blink at all — no activity whatsoever. Further investigation
