Laptop HP Pavilion 15-eh1004ny ; s/n: 5CD151LCP3
I wanted to try a clean bios, because the cpu cooler is acting strangely, it doesn't start spinning when the computer is turned on for the first time, even if the cpu heats up, but it turns on after rebooting.
I attach a bios dump.

Unfortunately, this does not solve the fan problem, maybe this model has a separate ec firmware chip?
