HP 15s-FQ Series DA0P5HMB8J0 REV: J bios

Hi all i have an HP 15s-fq2162ns S/N: 5CD251833V

Laptop turns on but power led keeps blinking also charging led blinking i suspect BIOS Faliure ( also FAN doesnt spin and screen stays black ), please can you check / fix for me ??

Motherboard MODEL is: DA0P5HMB8J0 REV: J
