Thank you, I tried but I'm getting 'memory error', 2 amber, 5 white LED. I tried many different DDR4 RAM sticks, but still same error, do you think this could be a problem caused by BIOS? Thank you!

        Second try
        ...and put the Micron RAMs

        P.S.
Check SHA1 of the .bin file , it must be 87714e01777a55740c550e9bd6b961f896ad25c2.
If it's not then download again.
(7-Zip has the calculator in Right-Click menu)

Thank you for your help, I tried the second file you supplied, checked the SHA1, that was correct. This second file works better, the first file the machine was rebooting, with the second file the machine stays powered on, but still I am getting memory error. I tried the file from this post:

and it looks to be working normally, but of course I need my Service Tag integrated. If someone could help with this I would be very great full. Thank you!

you can do it yourself, open both files with HxD, search for text "DTAG" and copy/paste from 0EA4000 to 0EA4080. Also, your win key from 0EAA000

you are welcome. Is very useful to read Bios guides of this forum, you'll find very good infos how to do yourself bios modding.

Hi all hoping someone can help convert the exe bios file from dell (attached) It seems they have come up with a new decryption technique and i'm not sure how to convert it.
The board is Wistron Antman 14 AMD UMA 213084-SC with ryzen 7 serial no. J802RL3
