using the guide above I was able to use the bios file and edit it transferring my service tag and windows key attached is my edited file! thank you for all the previous posters help!... -

have a Inspiron 14 2 in 1 213084-1 no boot black screen all voltages present I'm assuming a failed bios update Can not read service tag its rubbed of bottom of case however original bios is attached if it can be pulled from it...Leave a comment:
