Voltage meter before removing fuse was stuck at 5v .03a-.01a fluctuating after removing its sits at 5v .01a
To test cd3217 I checked voltage on
PPDCIN_AON_CHGR_R of both ports and received 5v on both
PP3v3_UPC0_LDO 3.3
PP1v5_UPC0_LDO_CORE 1.5v
PP3v3_UPC1_LDO 3.3

Macbook a2337 820-02016 stuck on 5v fluctuating voltage
I am learning any help is appreciated I have a macbook 820-02016 that is stuck on 5v
I tested voltage on PPBUS_AON i get 12.6v and it drops to 11.3v I removed fuse f5200 pin 1 PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_REG Becomes stable and no longer fluctuates
Pin 1 on f5200 is .51 in diode mode
pin 2 is .46
Im not sure where to go from here any guidance would be appreciated!... -
I noticed two files RTK and TI I flashed both using NEOProgrammer as it is showing support for this Chip however i get the same just a power light for a few seconds. before flashing i would get keyboard lights as well what file should I be flashing here>?...Leave a comment:

[B]I feel like I'm running in circles.
I have a customer who was messing in bios and could no longer get laptop to post would turn on keyboard would light but no image or post.
SO i attempted to manually flash bios using AsProgrammer, CH341a and bios bin from ACER Site now i get power light for a few seconds no keyboard lights and power light goes off.
I Have looked over the guides and I'm not sure if its the chip I'm selecting on the ASprogram or if i just don't have the correct file.
I'm selecting Chip XM25qh128 however the chip markings show qh128ahig

Working on a HD7990 I have a bad choke trying to locate it seems to be a challenge Its Labeled MAGIC 2R2 Attached photo can't find board view of the HD7990 by powercolor if someone has one let me know!
