Dell Vostro 5515 Bios Request

Hello, I got a unit Dell Vostro 5515 with no display and I tried flashing the bios from the bios I have extract from the Dell Support Page but I have some issue with the Fan which is always spinning
Service Tag I have read from the back up bios : DN5K3B3
No serial can be read in the back because it cant be read

Hello to everybody,
I need help with dump on my laptop.
Problem : Laptop is starting with black screen. Can somebody check my dump?
I tried to resolder CPU, but no success. I tried some others dumps, but not working. With other dumps on display is black screen, and keyboard backlight blinking every second, I can't turn of laptop on power taster. Power led blinking white, then yellow. With original dump I can turn off, keyboard backlight not blinking, power led not blinking.
I uploaded the original dump.

i have one Dell Vostro 5515
service tag : 1XT7QG3
customer came with an issue - auto off while windows installation
after diagnosis, i found that without wifi card device is working fine
i just complete the windows installation without wifi card
then i connect the original wifi card back , same issue system auto off /restarting
i just change the wifi card
tried with so many wifi card..non of them are detecting in windows
but system not turning of with new wifi card
attached original bios backup

how to solve this issue

This is definitely a BIOS problem. It worked with one of the dumps, but not correctly. It says Manufacture Mode and the fan is at 100%. It also says that you need to restore bitlocker.

while repairing the BSOD (which I can't complete, probably the BIOS is to blame...), I noticed a problem with the BIOS.
when download the latest version 1.29 (1.25 and 1.27 too) and running the installation from Windows, the program (window current and new) displays the Inspiron 5415
when running the BIOS Flash Update, the BIOS Update File shows Vostro 5515, but System BIOS Information shows Inspiron 5415
the loaded file with BIOS 1.29 (1.25 and 1.27 too) also shows Current: Inspiron 5415 New: Inspiron 5415...
is this normal? I can't change anything in the BIOS (legacy/UEFI, secure boot, etc.) also doesn't detect any other drives.
