Latitude 3330 - Clean ME still black screen

Good Day,


Kindly review and check what the problem with the laptop
- Laptop Latitude 3330
- ST : CMTRMG3

1st issue, only power button on and black screen, and after I did the ME cleaning, laptop still blank / black screen and keyboard on and restart 3x times but once press D+power button, display test appear and back to blank/black screen.

Thank you, good have progress brother, fan spinning quite normal as usual, now laptop can start few second, and logo Dell appear, after that keeping restart.
