    Clean ME Region of ThinkPad T14 Gen2 (Intel - 20W0 20W1)

Good morning found few posts on the subject.
I am facing a "problem", I don't know if you can help me or not, but I would like to give it a try.

I am trying to download the ThinkPad T14 Gen2 bios for ME cleaning.
I tried a black CH341A (modded) with NeoProgrammer, using Winbond 25Q256JV and 25Q256FV settings even though a 25R256JVEN is installed on the board. (I used those two for compatibility reasons)

I got 2 .bin files (for the same chip), but both have problems reading by ME Analyzer v1.307.0 r351 on the EFS partition and problems decompiling with Flash Image Tool. (via NeoProgrammer, the "verify" check was successful).

Have you ever had a similar problem?
I also notice that compared to other users, I get a dump of 32mb and not 16, could this be normal?

I post below two dumps in an archive.

Trying to flash via flashrom, I get
            Code:
Reading the contents of the old flash chip... executed.
            [1] 2049 segmentation fault sudo flashrom -p ch341a_spi -c W25Q256FV -w cleared.bin
A segmentation fault is generated with each attempt.

            Even if I try
            Code:
            --ifd -i bios --noverify-all
to operate only with ME, or
            Code:
            --wp-disable
            to disable hardware protections, or
            Code:
            --force
to force write operations I always get the same error.

Granted that this forum is not FlashRom support, and that maybe I will open an issue on github, I wonder if you have ever had the same problem.

Could it be related to what I said in the first post about the EFS partition seeming to be corrupted? (Even from a new dump made by flashrom, and then read with MEA, I get the usual result)

            Code:
            flashrom 1.4.0 on Darwin 22.6.0 (x86_64)
flashrom is free software, get the source code at https://flashrom.org
            .
