No way to get data unless you can get the key from your customer's MS account, Bitlocker key is stored on the TPM; on AMD this is managed by the PSP (Platform Security Processor), and it gets reset after a BIOS flash, or even a regular update; usually Bitlocker is suspended before a regular BIOS update for 1 reboot count

Quoting myself:

Ask your customer, 48 digits bitlocker key should be on their MS account

If customer doesn't remember their MS account, goodbye data (format and reinstall Windows)
If laptop was configured by someone else, the bitlocker key should be on that account instead
The bitlocker recovery screen should show a hint of the email used (24h2 onwards)

That's why I disable bitlocker/device encryption on customers laptops for home users

Exactly thats what i mean.. if the original bios was ok.. no bitlocker so i think.. we could pass that sensitive info (like dmi for example) from bad bios (but no bitlocker) to new bios.. there is a software or method (like find ctrl F this string).. or just keep asking help and mods? thanks in advance
