I have a question regarding the DMI of a bios

Hi everyone, when I do a backup of a bios I realize that the DMI no longer exists because someone worked on the notebook copying a new bios, so the old one complete with DMI no longer exists, it is possible to reconstruct it with the data on the cover and copy them on a new bios, thanks

I also ask you if the lack of DMI in the bios can prevent the notebook from turning on?
in which cases is it advisable or necessary to clean a new bios before copying it?
    Thanks again
