Dell Inspiron 5515 bios need

Hello everyone, I have the laptop of unknown model (may be Inspiron 5515) with cpu amd R5-5500u. When i press power button, the keyboard light up but no display, Anyone have bios file for this motherboard, or can help me build this bios.
This is the bios file i backed up from motherboard

Dear hoaca388., good day.... This BIOS Update even did not work. But anyway what I did is, used the working BIOS on Post #60, replaced the serial # & the Model through HxD, where exactly these Hex Values have to be written. All worked fine & serial # even update. Dear hoaca388., I programmed the BIN file you re-build for me on Post #70, but NO DISPLAY. But the one which is on Post #60 works 100% fine on my laptop but it goes to BitLocker because the serial # is incorrect. Can you please re-do the bin file again, maybe need a bit tweaking, thanks in advance.

I can confirm the bin file in post 39 works fine. I just used it on an Inspiron 5515 machine with corrupted bios and computer is working now.

Upon initial boot, you will be asked to enter service tag# (ignore for now the high-pitch tactile sound every time you press any key) after which you need to go to bios and pick the correct model either Inspiron 5415 or 5515. Next boot, hit Fn-X combo to get rid of that high-pitched tactile sound. Done

tried different memory still has an error of 2 amber and 5 white. I tried the original memory to another laptop and it works fine
