Yes, all the steps have been taken before posting here.
I'm still not convinced with replacing the EC as i've programmed it.
Will go for it as a matter of last resort. However, will prefer to wait for others opinion.

Been trying to get past this Error for days now, grimacelord solution saved me a mainboard replacement, put in different RAM and the Firmware recovered successfully.

HP OMEN 16-C0114NW – no image after replacing CPU Ryzen 7 5800H with 5 5600H and flashing BIOS
        by Focus2005
        Hello everyone.

I have another HP OMEN 16-C0114NW laptop with serial number 5CD1501LJX. The original problem was as follows. The laptop could not load Windows and every time it threw a bluescreen - y - most often WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The processor that was originally in it was AMD RYZEN 7 5800H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000295. I decided to replace it with a fully functional, used AMD RYZEN 5 5600H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000296, which I got from a donor board, on which it worked 100%. After soldering the processor, I also uploaded a new, fresh BIOS to it with the UBT2 program...

HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G9 Doesnt boot after flashing bios
        by kenkaniff
Product Name: HP Pro x360 Fortis 11-inch G9
        System BIOS: U94 Ver.01.08.00 10/06/2023
        Serial Number: 5CG31946F5
        SKU Number: 85W05EC#AK8
        Motherboard: ANOLE10-MV-TRIPOD / 6050A3332901-MB-A01 / 2021-11-09

This motherboard has 2 similar chips. One is on the front marked with BIOS SKT "Winbond 25Q256JVEN" and one on the back marked with U351 "Gigadevice 25B256EYIG". I ignored the one on the back and only desoldered front chip. Made a backup, made sure the reading was the same with another 3 backups.

Need real mobo dump of BIOS v402 for ASUS PRIME Z590-A - stock image no help
        by DynaxSC
        Hi,

I have a serious problem to program the Z590 chipset SRAM with a Management Engine after replacing the chipset.
The new chipset is factory new and is not containing any Management Engine. Any attempts to program it into the chipset under Windows ends with a failure (eg. Error 20: Management Engine Device not present, or something similar).
Due to the lack of the ME several ports on the board, including all M.2 ports aren't working, booting OS works only on USB. So it's now other way, as to program the chipset with a ME.

Usually on ASUS boards it worked...

        X270 - Bios flashing help
        by Timeeez
        Hello everyone,

I am still a beginner and want to learn more about flashing bios. First of all, thank you very much for the tutorials made on this forum it helps a lot.

Lets get straight to the point. When I try to flash the bios of my Lenovo X270 it restarts several times and always returns to the bios that was there at the beginning. When I get the bios from someone on the forum and write it to the bios chip, I always have the same serial numbers. I have the feeling that the pc is reflashing itself. Where could this come from? How to avoid this problem?

Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 (serial number: MP2BFZEF) bios request
        by Wahaz
        Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....
