bios works perfectly.,,, but when I first loaded it, it turned on,, then it didn't turn on,, I warmed up the power ic U,, then the device ran fine and I will check further,, but Thanks a lot!

sorry i said it in my way,, what i mean is when led code 3 yellow 5 white the machine lost power CPU has enough power supply after having the command to open CPU power ,, and i have heated the CPU power area (controller ic CPU power control) and is currently running (the device doesn't have a diagram I made by feel)
