                      sorry i said it in my way,, what i mean is when led code 3 yellow 5 white the machine lost power CPU has enough power supply after having the command to open CPU power ,, and i have heated the CPU power area (controller ic CPU power control) and is currently running (the device doesn't have a diagram I made by feel)

                                      Have you tried the bios in post #3 yet? If the device still does not activate, you should move on to checking other components.

                                                  Dell Inspiron 14 7430 wont power on. when i hold power button, only amber light turns on and when I release the button​ its off. 5V, 3.3V, 1.8v and 15.5v presents on the main board, i tried to flash bios, but nothing changed. Who can help?
