Tested something similar but it didn't work. With your file, the unit is showing logo for 7-8 sec. and turns off, than logo again and off

Read properly i did'nt tell you to flash the bios...it is fixed to get decomposed in MFIT where you got the error of MFS failed to initialize. Rest after decomp you can do it yourself.

I have a Surface Pro 9 2038 v16.1.32.2418 with loop on Logo. Very carefully readed the BadCaps threads, saw the video tutorial by your link, followed your steps.
But unfortunately, can't run my tablet properly.

The SP9 come to me by eBay with Logo loop every 10sec. I see it is often problem after update of firmware to version 16.1.32.2418.
I see, the CPU on motherboard is cold, does not starts when logo is flashing.

I readed the Chip W25Q256, found the MEAnalyzer r366, found the Mfit 16.1.25.2091.
The source dump loaded to MFIT shows error Details: 'Error occurred while trying to create container CseRegion. Reason: StorageLib error. Function "meMfsMfitInit" execution failed. Error details: Failed to initialize MFS.'
With MEAnalyzer I see the CSE ME version 16.1.32.2418, "ADP-LP A" "Initialized", Size 0x4C0000
Then I try to clean ME: found the file intel_me_16.1.32.2418-LP(station-drivers.com).zip, extracted by this binary the regions MFS and EFS - they are not initialized in this file.
Then injected these 2 binaries to my source laptop binary as shown on your video.
After that, the MFIT shows me green "OK" with my modified binary, the MEAnalyzer shows me "Configured" also.

But, after writing this modified dump to chip, I see now a small changes: No BootLoop but Stuck with Logo. The CPU starts working because hot, and nothing more.

Can you please check my files, maybe I do something not well?

Hi folks,

My Surface Pro 9 keeps booting into BIOS.
I tried with different hard disk and no change.
I formatted the hard disk and tried to freshly install the Win 11 but, the surface wont boot into USB drive. I even tried to boot from Win-To-Go USB drive. No use.

So i did what everyone would expect me to; download a BIOS from BadCaps and load into it. That didn't work either.
I properly unsoldered the BIOS chip and soldered it to the CH341A. Re-verified it multiple times.

I went to the Microsoft website to download the original firmware and OS.
But this tablet wont boot anything from USB drive.

At this point i am out of ideas.

I am hoping somehow this is still bios issue.

Can someone please help me fix this issue. If it happens to be a hardware issue, please advice me. I have all the tools.

I dont know how to clean ME. Therefore I didnt. Can that be the issue? Any thoughts?
