first create usb recovery disk.

• Turn off your Chromebook
• Holding Esc + Refresh (F3) buttons while pressing Power button. Then release Power Button.

insert usb and install new os

you have to disable firmware write protection by removing the battery.

he has problems entering in developer mode, probably he wants to install windows. In his bios developer mode is activated, so offer him a solution to enter in developer mode as he asked.

I managed to resolve the problem, was freezing because was some corrosion on motherboard. Installed Linux mint and works works ok! Thanks!
