      I don't know if I should create a new thread for this, since my request is similar. Quite new here! I need a BIOS update file for my HP 15-R033CA. Does anyone have this? It is no longer available on HP support website.

        post the S/N, post the original content of the bios chip, the motherboard model, etc.
