1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart.
2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Thank you for this amazing job you did, it work fine. It was not easy for me to disolder the chip and put back so it take a time. But I have a question about this .
I have brought 12 dell laptop from auction and all are bios lock is there any way to get the the lock from the dump file, if you guid me or you know where I can find this info I will be very happy. Thank you again.

Both of your backups are corrupted. What model is your programmer, you may need to set the speed to a lower setting.

Here`s some examples of the corruption:

They should be read as:

MemoryOverwriteRequestControl
Certificate
Microsoft User Principal Name

If you open the bios in UEFITool you will see the supported chips in the VSCC table. They are not 1.8V .Read the part number on top of the chip and search for the datasheet to see the voltage.
