1. 25RH256 check ID OK
2. 25RH256 read with TL-48 programmer
(gave check id error) and abort
with check id disabled read twice OK
but data was extra at the end by 1KB
file was thereafter truncated to match size
data in Hex Editor seems to be apparent with other similar BIOS
(Possible its just to T48 software that needed an update)
3. Updated T48 software and check id error no longer present but still an extra 1KB
BIOS has password which needs resetting

do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..
and post again..
