There is no suffix. Checked it both on the tag itself, as through command prompt. It is an old laptop, somewhere between 2013-2014 I suppose....

I've got two Latitude 3440 with the same issue: bios is locked.

first one:
ST: 3C42312

second one:
ST: FB42312
