Finally I get it working again by flashing the #22 bin file...Now I have a no password bios!!! So the problem was not using 1.8v adapter

    Thank you for your support!!

Just last question: why you say to restore original dump if with patched one all is ok?

I disconnect the ch431a but not the clamp and now the laptop play some strange sounds (bip bip...) and nothing else

I not want to disconnect the clamp because if I have to flash another firmware I not want to make again 10000 try to fit it.
look around bios chipset if you didn't damage any component during 10000 tries, it happens

[ HOW TO USE THE PATCH ]
STEP 1: Flash and replace current BIOS with the generated patch file
    STEP 2: Boot the machine
STEP 3: Press ENTER/F1/etc. to enter BIOS settings
STEP 4: Enter any character when asked for Supervisor Password
STEP 5: Press enter when it shows Hardware ID
STEP 6: Press space bar 2x when asked
    STEP 7: Turn off machine
    STEP 8: Restore original BIOS
STEP 9: Reset BIOS settings to factory default

at step 8 use T495_new.bin Because your backup is corrupted I'm not sure your DMI is ok, if you get message that serial, MTM, etc. is missing use Lenovo Maintenance Utility to restore original serial, MTM.

Thank you I will try it but to make sure I do things right:
I must use the 1.8V adapter and I have to desolder the chip. Is right?

So please let me know why you ask me the serial number? it is possible to generate a new bios dump with it?

    Really thanks

If you insist on using a clip, then make sure the programmer uses an additional buffer and line driver for SPI.The T48 and T56 has it built-in.
It is recommended to desolder the chip and use an adapter board or socket."

And you apply patch to a backup of 1.8V chipset made with 3.3V CH341A programmer with clamps. What's the odds that backup is ok? Think, is for free!
