it will not work because Volume_NVRAM_EfiSystemNvDataFvGuid is not patched. that's why autopatcher doesn't work on this model ... But you are close to discover warm water ...
And you apply patch to a backup of 1.8V chipset made with 3.3V CH341A programmer with clamps. What's the odds that backup is ok? Think, is for free!

You are right I have this chip on t495: Winbond 25Q128FWSQ
in datasheet I read 1.8V but until now I make read and write without the 1.8V adapter

Well I can't tell you that because I don't know exactly what kind of chip you have.
    I have a Winbond 25Q128FVSQ, a datasheet from Winbon shows it as 25Q128FV with 2.7V - 3.6V.
I can't even say whether it is only 1.8V.
You yourself have never published which chip you have.

Tankyou Markus1741 but is better I wait the 1.8V adapter arrives and try with it or I can also try without it? Do you think patched file is a good dump also if I do it without the adapter?

Ok thanks but now because I have tried many times to write the chip with patched .bin I can't make a good backup of original firmware So what can I do? Where can I find an original bios bin file?

    - I read about an autopatcher bat it cannot be used for my laptop because is AMD not Intel
    - I ask here and tha answer was to patch with file posted in #22
    - I read about using ch341a but nowhere i find info about the 1.8V adapter

So in my situation what I have to do?
I ordered a 1.8V adapter when it arrives can I try to use it to patch again or there is nothing I can do now because I fried the chip?
I think, due I make the backup without the 1.8V adapter, my copy of original firmware is not good. There is a way to get an original bios bin or it is different for every laptop?

    Thanks again for you patience
1st step is to acquire a good bios backup. Since your chipset is 1.8V YOU HAVE TO USE 1.8V adapter. Best way to have a good bios backup is to remove bios chipset from board. Having CH341A use AsProgrammer to backup bios and read 3-4 times until you have 2 identical backups bin files. ALL STEPS ARE DESCRIBED IN BIOS GUIDES but you fail to understand that YOU HAVE TO READ IT!

since you write back original file and it doesn't work means your backup is fcked up. Use right tools (described in bios tools) if you want to have good results and also check components around bios chipset, clamps may damage them.

congratulation, you have a branded lenovo door stopper. Before bricking another laptop read BIOS GUIDES of this forum

I use patched bios posted in #22 and now the laptop non boot.
did you write back original bios and laptop doesn't work? Using clips is the best way to brick a laptop.
