    Acer 9303 bios problem

I have a problem with an Acer 9303, (9300 series) probably it is a bios issue.
The laptop presents black screen, and power led lights-up, also there seems to be that it reads the cd, power button functions properly, but usb ports, have no voltage or signal.
Due to bios chip, is a 48 pin tsop, I can't use my external programmer. (chip not supported)
I know that there is a tool called “Crisis Disk_AS9300_AS700_TM7510”, but it requires a external usb floppy, an I haven't one of those, and as I said before, usb ports seems not to work.
I have burnt a cd with the appropriate files, with negative results.

    Any suggestion?

    Re: Acer 9303 bios problem

I could not update the bios trough external usb floppy, but I did, trough a usb pendrive.
Now the start sequence seems to be ok, but it emits 3 beeps, and black screen (lcd or external) remains the same as before. Of course the memories are good.
    Any more suggestion?

Hi spidey, lots of websites says the same as you, I really hope that the solution run in other direction, because the customer don`t want re-balling or something like that.
        Thanks anyway.
