Read out HP 650 G5 16MB Chip

Hi
i have some problems reading out the 16mb chip on Keyboard Side.
The 32MB Chip memory side i can read out but for unlocking i need the 16mb chip for the G5 series right?
I use the Revelprog IS and WSON 8 6x8 Pins.

Any idea?
tried with ac adapter and without also with VPP 3V and disabled

What do you mean any file will do? i can use the 32MB Dump for unlocking?

Yes tried with RC Unlock but says find 16MB Dump
tried old unocker V1 from here, i get bin file unlocked back but password still remain, lil bit confused

i find out the failure the programmers protection buffers are blown
thanks to all will try with ch341
