latitude 5440 la-m401p la-m402p password

Hi guys,
I have a dell latitude 5440 la-m402p with admin password
service tag: 68ZL224
The device has 64 mb chip not 32. The other bios chip is just 1 mb.
I will be very grateful if you could help unlocking it.

Well, a 64MB bios compressed in a zip file should not be 63.9KB .Open the backup yourself with a hex editor and look at it, it is all zeros ,it should not be like that ,there is no other hex code at all. It`s a bad backup, not corrupt. If it was corrupt it wouldn`t be booting and asking for a password. If the chip was full of zeros it wouldn`t be booting at all

It works, brother, thanks again. Just so you know, with the method you used, the computer goes into a mode where you choose the motherboard version to install on, i.e., Dell Latitude 5440 or Precision 3480. Also, the Windows key is lost. I loaded it directly into the bin file, but when I tried to install Windows 11, it still asked for the key. I don't know what I did wrong, but it's a minor detail. Thanks again.
