these boards have two eeprom chips so i'm not sure how to clean the ME region. one is 128M-bit and the other is 64M-bit. The boot volume on the drive is bitlocker encrypted so this eeprom is being used on the replacement board. the original board has a shorted cpu

Ideapad 3 15itl6 maybe ? .Post the laptop model type,and serial number.

About bitlocker ... disable secure boot and set boot to both (UEFI+CSM) or only CSM (legacy).
