Lenovo IdeaPad 310 Late Display

Hi everyone today i have received Lenovo Xiaoxin 310-14ikb marked model in bios
Motherboard Part number is below
CG413-CG513-CZ513 NM-A982 REV 1.0

PROBLEM IS LATE DISPLAY (Around 22 second bios logo)

I have try many bios but still same problem
also update EC bios from windows using official Lenovo Bios exe
but still same issue
can anyone help please
