The board does not start with this file.
With the old one, I had a fan spin and a power cycle loop, with this one the power on led turns on for 2sec then powers off, with no reboot cycles, etc.

According to the serial number you posted the model is A315-58G | Part Number: NX.ADUEX.00E
Did you get the serial from the base cover or bios screen.

Try this bios + your DMI.

My bad about the model number, it is indeed A315-58G-34S4.
I'm reading the serial from the back cover, which is a little bit beaten and hard to read.
I'm getting the same "no fan spin" behavior with the latest BIOS and EC.

Hello, good luck. As a result of uploading a file to my Acer laptop, the laptop won't start at all. When I try the bios files of different motherboards, the computer does not turn on and the screen does not show. I am adding my own original bios file. If anyone has a good bios file, I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Hello ,

I encountered a problem with an Laptop Acer Aspire 3 Model NO N20C5 ,i tried to rewrite bios since i suspected that it had an corupted bios.
Problem goes this way ,when i did backup to the original bios the files wore much bigger than 17 MB wich is supposed to be .
Now i have no backup that i can use to reflash bios since all the bios firmwere that i find are larger then 17 mb wich my bios flasher tools allowes me .

Anyone enountered such an error ,or anyone knows where i can get a good firmwere for my model of Acer .
I tried the orginal acer site wich it didn't work

I appriciate any kind of information and help .

post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..

Have you searched for and tried any bios recovery options for your model ? .Software won`t backup the full bios, you would need an SPI programmer.

Sry i forgot to mention that i used an SPI programmer. to back up the bios.
