I havent done this for a long time and want to start it all again, after some evil and annyoing illness.
So I apologize in advance, if some phrases might sound a bit like gibberish or illogical to you.
Im trying my best to fully describe what I plan to achieve and hope I was choosing the right sub-forum for my new adventure.

Hi has anyone got the latest software for the TL866CS MiniPro EPROM programmer version 03.2.86 is installed now i have tried the update site in the programmer software but it wont connect to their website i am running windows 10

Hi guys ,I'm looking for software related with this rare bios programmer.There is no any official site providing SW for that old board. Practically is (new) unused and unusable in that state without software

Adding chip support is quite easy,there`s even some instructions included with NeoProgrammer,although its not obvious where they are
and once you do find them there`s a few crucial steps missing.
Extract chiplist.zip to a folder,the instructions are in Import_EN.txt and in Import.xml .Its the xml file where we add the new chip.
Open Import.xml with notepad or any other text editor.In this example i`m adding a Macronix MX77L25650F SPI_NOR chip.
After adding the chip save the xml file and copy it to the root directory of the... -
