Hello! Here’s the situation: there is no image on either the built-in display or an external monitor connected via HDMI. However, I can hear the Windows startup sound. I suspect the issue is with the discrete GPU. I would like to switch to UMA mode, and I need help modifying the original BIOS. Thank you in advance!

Hi all, I need the correct bios bin file for:
        Model: Legion 7-16ACHg6 Type 82N6
        S/N: PF2YP66W
        MB: HY763 HY760 HY762 NM-D563 Rev:2.0 2021-01-25

I already tried with post #5 but the laptop doesn't start at all with that file.

With the original BIOS file after inserting the charger, without battery, hard drive, wifi card, only with memory and coolers, I press the power button, the LED icons on the back of the screen light up, the keyboard, the power button, the coolers start spinning at the beginning slowly after 10 seconds strongly and the laptop turns off. The whole time there is a black image on the screen.

The memory has been checked on another laptop and is fine.

Lenovo Legion Y540 – Need help repairing BIOS after bad downgrade
          by gestalt.exe
          Hi everyone,

My Lenovo Legion Y540 (i7-9750H, RTX 2060) bricked after I downgraded from BHCN44WW to BHCN21WW.
          Laptop stopped booting entirely.

I used a CH341A programmer to dump the corrupted 16MB BIOS.
          i then attempted the following:
          1. Downloaded stock BIOS BHCN39WW from Lenovo
          2. Trimmed it to 16MB
          3. Extracted the BIOS region from the corrupted dump
          4. Extracted the BIOS region from the stock 39WW
          5. Replaced the corrupted BIOS region with the stock one (within hxd , opened the corrupted dump and replaced its region by the stock)
          6. Injected back my LDGB / DMI

I need help with my Lenovo Legion laptop. It turns on for a few seconds and then immediately shuts down. I believe this is a BIOS corruption issue.

Problem Description: The laptop was working perfectly. Now, when I press the power button, the keyboard lights up and the laptop powers on for just a few seconds, then it shuts itself off completely. After researching, I am convinced it's a corrupt BIOS.

          🛠️ MSI GP75 Leopard MS-17E71 – No Display, Deep BIOS/EC Troubleshooting
          by macabook
          Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
          🧩 Initial Issue
          • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
          • External display (HDMI) shows

Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 Desktop - Corrupt BIOS
          by grimacelord
          Hello there.

I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.

          History:

          1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.

I searched for this error online and discovered...
