Dell latitude 7400 2-in-1 bios dump needed

i cant write any changes to bios, it keep reloading to default after restart. its as if the bios is locked but its not locked, even if i set admin password it still wont write the new changes to bios. i have cleaned the ME same thing i think the issue is with the bios region. i have also tried the files posted here, it didnt work. please someone help me fix it

Hello, I have the same problem, the Dell logo appears and a black screen, I have tried some bios with the same result, were you able to solve it.

Where is the original bios Service Tag doesn't match with given bios

The logo freeze errors on the 7400 2-in-1 are often caused by:

1. The SSD hard drive of the device.
2. The ALC3254 audio IC.

Please remove them from the circuit and restart the device
