Hi team, Kindly assist. I purchased a replacement motherboard from eBay for my laptop and would like to retain the original serial number and manufacturer information from the old motherboard.
Below are the details from the old motherboard, and attached is the BIOS from the new motherboard. I would appreciate assistance in updating the serial number and all manufacturer information in the new BIOS.
The machine is a Lenovo ThinkBook 14 IIL, motherboard DALVACMB8D0 REV D, without a dedicated graphics chip.

Hi, I have an HP ProDesk 400 G3 with a corrupted BIOS. I managed to download a BIOS from this platform, but on startup it shows an error saying, ‘The computer is not in a committed state.’ After researching online, I was advised to use a DMI tool to commit and reprogram the serial number. However, I do not have the serial number or SKU because the sticker containing this information was removed from the computer, and there is no way to retrieve it. I bought a lenovo thinkbook 14-iil with a core i 5 processor, Radeon graphics chip, board number: DALVACMB8DO - REV D from an auction. It does not have a bios chip and my guess is that someone disoldered it, so I am planning to buy a new replacement bios chip but I do not know how to reprogram the chip, can someone assist please -
