I need help finding working BIOS for my Dell laptop, that powered-off in the middle of a BIOS upgrade.
The BIOS are corrupted now; and the laptop doesn't complete the POST. I will need to flash the chip using a programmer.
                              The service tag is: DQ1YM13.

                              Please assist me.

                                  Thanks Sahu Ji,

                                  I don't have a BIOS backup file. I can't read the 25B256DY1G BIOS chip

                                  The motherboard is: EDB41 LA-G441P
                                  Rev: 1.0 (A00)

Please let me know if you still want me to try flashing the file you posted.

                                  Thanks again!
                                  Regards,

i cant write any changes to bios, it keep reloading to default after restart. its as if the bios is locked but its not locked, even if i set admin password it still wont write the new changes to bios. i have cleaned the ME same thing i think the issue is with the bios region. i have also tried the files posted here, it didnt work. please someone help me fix it
