Windows only installs and starts from battery
. If AC adapter is connected then WHEA error or freeze. But if it starts from battery then plug the adapter after windows starts then I can run any stress test or games I want for hours no freeze.. charging works fine.

Means it's not a bios related issue but some hardware problem.

Other laptops i have seen these unexplainable problems go away by reprogramming the EC .
Anybody can post an EC for this modell?

There were 2 differences in the EC firmware but reprogramming did not solved the problem.

Are you using the latest bios version, there are some fixes regarding the battery in older ones

F.42 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - Fixes an issue where the battery information is reported incorrectly. - Provides improved battery health when the system is connected to an AC adapter.
- Provides improved security of UEFI code.

Current is F.48 should i try with F.42 (but how will i prevent BIOS update, this modell has literaly not much functions on BIOS except like boot order and battery handling no other menus.
As I have read there is no hidden code to get advanced menus)
ON BIOS the strange thing is that board ID is empty and UUID also 0000000000000000000000
Could this be an issue?

All previous fixes are brought forward into the next newest version, there is no need to downgrade. The latest is F.56 Rev.A ,update to that version and the EC should also be flashed to the newest.
