I have replaced the damaged USB-C connector and repaired the pads /the broken socket from the board and broken solder pads of the connector in the board/. On the original bios laptop does not boot after repair. Connecting the charger, the power light comes on momentarily and goes out, no response to the Power button. I checked few bioses but did not find a suitable one. On the bios i found in another topic the laptop starts up, charges the battery, runs the fan and works stably, however, I have a problem with entering the service tag because it has been cleared. When I try to add service tag and save bios data, it is not remembered. After booting laptop gives the message Manufactoring mode active appears , Warning: The Service Tag has not been programmed.... The bios I found was version 1.22 so I did an update to actual 1.31 thinking that after update the Service Tag would be saved but the situation repeats.

On the original bios laptop is not responding except for lighting the Power light for a while. I check on the USB-C power adapter I can't give the power consumption data because I have no way to read it.
I would ask forumers to fix the read bios before repairing it, which is definitely damaged. Files read from the board attached,

Go to Dell support, enter the service tag and download the latest bios update. Extract the update with Dell PFS Extractor - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...16#post1683816

The file named "1 -- 1 System BIOS with BiosGuard v1.32.0.bin" is a 16MB bios region, flash that to the 16MB chip, then you should be able to enter a new service tag.

At first, the problem was that it turned on with the fan at top speed, the capslock stays on. no display nothing else.

I downloaded a new firmware with the service tag from dell and extracted it pfs extractor, flashed the 16mb file on the 16mb chip, the behaviour remain the same with additional of piano tone when the keyboard is pressed. Additionally, the plug in indicator flashed 2 amber 7 white

I used the both firmware on the first page, where a person complained about missing service tag, the behaviour remains the same too.

please help me.

I have an issue with a Dell BIOS. I've been working on it extensively without much success. It doesn't save the new service tag with any of the versions I obtained from this page:

No, unfortunately it didn't work. Same thing, it starts, I go to record the service tag, and on the next restart, same thing.
