Please help me find the BIOS password, I bought a HP ZBook Power G9 15.6 Intel i7-12700H laptop, with Product number: 6B8C3EA#ABD and Serial number: 5CD2403X09 and I didn't check the BIOS when I bought it, this being with the password. Please help me find the BIOS password or cancel it. Thank you very much !

Hi, thank you for your reply. I don't understand what exactly to upload here? What do you mean when you say dump? When I open the laptop, if I repeatedly press "ESC" I enter BIOS mode, if I choose to enter BIOS, I am asked for a password, which I do not know. If I enter random characters or numbers several times, it says it's an error, and after a few tries the error message appears. After that I have to close it from the power button, and then open it again. The laptop goes into Windows and I can use Windows. So what exactly do I do? Can you please tell me the password I should enter? Thank you very much in advance, and I await your reply.Comment

i have HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 show red line:

i have changed BiosPlugin#BiosRegion From post #2 then this error mesenger is gone and only show
warning: system is booting in manufacturing program mode...: 32
i can boot to bios manu, but After restarting, it turned on, the fan keeps spin very fast and the screen does not display.
After that, i reprogram 2 original bios file (main and ec) BUT the fan still max speed, and laptop not dispaly
Can some one help me check it? Thank you!

Hi, could you guys tell me which programmer you use to dump the NPCX EC? I assume all HP G9 series use NPCX998 chip for EC correct? For Bios i can use CH341, but for EC really donno.... ThanksComment
