The south chipset of the device has been changed . The original bios needs to be cleared. First image comes with a delay of 15 seconds.When we try to turn off the computer, the image is cut off, the fans are running and the computer does not turn off.I'd be grateful if someone could help.

According to the motherboard code, the manufacturer ECS comes out.
The rom file I downloaded from the site is 12mb, but the original rom is 16mb. Can we convert this file size to the original one? Does anyone have any information?
