i have a la-b843p motherboard with dim display
dcbatout at lcd is 19v
lcd vdd is 3.3v
lcd brightness is 3.3v
blon out is 3.3v

have tried new led but same problem.

Very likely bad EDP cable. Do you get display on external monitor??

Also, measure the voltage to ground of the attached points.
