Damaged nands, almost 100% guaranteed. Swap full set from like-board, keep track of which nand goes where. They must be swapped as a set, and must be replaced in exact same spots.

Hi guys you were right, I found 1 of the 4 nand shorted and I removed it, now I no longer have 6 Ohm but with the nand removed it doesn't start anyway and I have the loop, is it necessary to solder it? I also noticed that the PP3v3_S5 is not generated anyway, is everything normal? Should I just change the broken nand or all of them?

Its not so simple, you will also have to rewrite T2 firmware, also nand chips has to be from same part number donor board.

Basically Apple put a ticking time bomb into each 16" MAC. This is a completely shit design and Apple should take the heat for it. This fault is so common that most will be written off due to the expense and complexity of a repair, or replacement of the board. I don't believe the investment is a good one.

This area is right on top of the air intake so it always subjected to the elements. They put underfill on everything else, but no protective coating on this area. That is despite this being a known issue for some years. They truly are taking the p__s.
