Remove PQB12 off the logic board.

Measure the resistance across the mosfet pins as noted earlier in this thread.

Source and gate should not be shorted.

gate and source in mosfet is ol nothing . sorce with drain 3,3 mega ohm....gate with source nothing ol

hello, but did you say that without the 4k resistance, the pc charges the battery? it is not possible because the 2 mosfets should be open, otherwise they are either shorted or it is the right scheme

Measure the same resistance checks on the PCB pads (with this mosfet still removed).

Also, post or share the silk screen markings on the logic board. Is your logic board marked with the same as the shared schematic in the first post ?

If not, what is the charger IC on board ? What are the top side markings for the original 2 x DCin mosfets ?

gate and souce in board is 2,2 ohm .. source and drain 6 mega ohm.. gate and drain 1.7 mega ohm ... the charger ic is same with i shared in first post... i have hp 250 g6 and is same with hp 15 bs199nl

Remove the first DCin mosfet and check the gate & source PCB pads that are @ 2R2 ohms.

the first mosfet is shorts souce and gate .no i not have 2,2 ohm in board... can i change this mosfet with 6426 mosfet ?

Yes, you can.

After this replacement, measure the pads again to be sure there is no short.

Then place back the 2nd dcin mosfet.

Power up if no short. You should NOT have power passing through if the gate is disconnected from ACDRV.

Confirm it.

After the above, with the 4k resistor off the board, check the ACDRV voltage to ground again. It should be ~25v. If yes, solder back the 4k resistor. Test again.

Laptop with charging should be working.

Good job! Just a lesson from the article from the (charging circuits) sticky above by @Piernov. Usually the 2nd DCin mosfet blows but once in a while so does the 1st DCin mosfet.

The hint was that the GATE pin is shared by BOTH DCin mosfets so someone was pulling this line down.

Nice the case was solved but@arber1232, it shouldnt take this long and so much effort to find out this common fault. Look for basics first instead of changing components cluelessly. Sometimes, the mb symptoms changes completely after such random change of components and heat. So perhaps,try to understand the basics well.Your success ratio will gradually improve when basics are clear.
