Aspire E1-530 black screen .

E1-530 LA-9535P comes with black screen
the laptop turns on for 10 sec with 0.40-0.60amps consumption on Power Supply and shutdown
i check each voltage on the motherboard and nothing missing literally
3.3-5v cpu pch ram ....
i flash bios with many tested dumps but samething .
