HP 15 EC0000NA m/b DA0G3HMB8D0 REV:D wont start

hi all.i have a problem with this m/b - DA0G3HMB8D0 REV MODEL G3HA

Basically problem is that wont start-when i connect power supply dc port light light up and when press power button it light up as well but nothing else happens.on my bench power supply i can see that it is draining only0.200w and numbers not increase after p/b been pressed

what i did so far-
1did basic things whith removing everything from m/b
2 tried different ssd
3 flashed bios(tried 2 different versions and one from hp driver page but same result
4 changed i/o chip9(after change same result)
5 ordered new power button board as have hope that it might be faulty but same result with new

so im little bit lost now where else i should look to find whats wrong with it as everything looks fine on board and nothing overheats

any sugesstions would be much appreciated

and just in case if someone have schematics or know where to get them please share
