Hi. I'm using a Lenovo Legion 5 NM-D562 15ACH6H with ryzen 7 5800H that suffered a heavy impact at the back where the USB ports are. Initially, it didn't boot — just a black screen. I reballed the CPU, and it came back to life. Everything seems to be working fine, except the camera. It is not detected in Device Manager at all. I tried a previous BIOS version, checked the ribbon cable and resistors on the PCB. The camera receives 3.3V, and I can't find the reason why it wouldn't work.
