Lenovo Legion 5 ryzen 7 5800H camera not detected

Hi. I'm using a Lenovo Legion 5 NM-D562 15ACH6H with ryzen 7 5800H that suffered a heavy impact at the back where the USB ports are. Initially, it didn't boot — just a black screen. I reballed the CPU, and it came back to life. Everything seems to be working fine, except the camera. It is not detected in Device Manager at all. I tried a previous BIOS version, checked the ribbon cable and resistors on the PCB. The camera receives 3.3V, and I can't find the reason why it wouldn't work. The microphones beside the camera work fine. When I tested the data lines to the SoC, there was some resistance relative to GND, meaning the soldering was successful. I have another LCD panel, and a spare camera that also don't work. I'm clueless at this point and yes, I have tried the switch on the side. Apparently, it's a common issue in these models, but I couldn't find any solution. Have you guys/girls had any experience with this kind of problem?
