Hello, I have a problem with this laptop, the processor speed is stuck at 0.80ghz, I have tried reprogramming the bios, but with the bios that I have tried it continues to present the problem.

Investigate your power adapter and more specifically, the adapter ID circuit.

If the logic board believes the adapter is not suitable from this ID circuit, the logic board will slow down to operate with the 'wimpy power adapter'.

How does it work on battery only?
If the problem persists then too, check prochot circuit.
