this lap when i turn it on the display looklike the image attached but when i pluged an external monitor its work good i tried another screen but still the same could it be amd chip issue ?

Hello guys! I need a little help, I have one laptop for repair, it is an Aorus 17G YD, gaming laptop. Broken display, some cable ripped form daughter board connector, case broken, battery discharged and probably locked, etc. After I did the most tedious job I ever did on soldering back the broken cables (shielded cable) , I measured resistance on CPU and GPU core, 3 and 5 v ps and any coils I find on the board, everything seems to be fine. I have a customer's laptop — Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 (EH5VF - LA-H501P). It has a display on the external monitor and it's working fine, but the issue is NO display on the internal screen. I already replaced the eDP cable and checked the LCD connector pins.
Here are the voltage readings:- Input – 19V (stable)
- +LCDVDD – 3.3V briefly, then drops to 0V
- EDP_HPD – 3.3V briefly, then drops to 0V
- PCH_BKL_PWM – 2.2–5V briefly, then drops to 0V
- EC BKOFF# – 1.8V briefly, then drops to 0V
- PANEL_OD_EN – 0.3V
