dell precision 3510 VGA AMD problem

I have a problem with this machine (dell precision 3510) MB LA-C841P ... it's working OK but when I trying to install AMD VGA driver it's hang ( freeze)
I have tried a lot of bios files and changed AMD chipset and vram with no success
Any suggestions
