            Probably a richtek part https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...84&postcount=2

Just google Richtek J7 .Some richtek parts can have the same marking code but with a different number of pins

            Edit: Richtek RT8207MZQW

A schematic is available if you want to ID anything else. The silergy part isn`t in the schematic,it has a different
IC ,a G547I2P81U ,its pin to pin compatible

                  Hi SMDFlea,

Not sure I have the right chip as mine in photo above is a WQFN-20L, so I traced it down to this one that I found on AliExpress (will take a long time however): RT8207MZQW RT8207M J7 EB J7=EB J7-EB QFN20. The one you mention in your last post G547I2P81U, does it come in QFN20 ?

No,its an MSOP8 package (8 leads),its the one in your first post (i merged your 2 thread together). You have the silergy SY6288D10CAC,but in the schematic at US2 it has a different part altogether ,a GMT G547I2P81U.If you need to replace it then either of them will do
