hp spectre x360 Convertible that not work and have burning ic. as i dont have schematic, i need help to identify this burning ic

looks like it.

here is the picture of pinout.

Mostly burning 3.3V ic means dead PCH. i have 18kohm on 3VLP

Just do a google search, ive seen it for sale at bulgarian and polish sites,it would be quicker than buying from aliexpress. Do you have ebay in your country

Inject 3V on +3V LP pin and check whether pch is getting hot or not. Why wait for the ic if pch is gone.Adapter/battery should'nt be connected while injecting on this pin. I doubt your KBC is likely damaged.
