I can't find exact chip type.

Update - the chip used by Dell is the above. The 2nd pic in your post does not match what is likely on your burnt part.

Have you removed the burnt part off the logic board ? When you have, show a pic of the bottom side.

Fairly confident, you need to source the following part to replace:

OMG - both of these vendors have the same markings ??

LG Fridge ?? It got repaired last week !!!! So so happy - after 1 month of using the garage and having frozen veggies. My wife cannot believe it is actually fixed. Only small issue - ice maker is not working - most likely a blown fuse but they are coming back onsite to repair or replace it. Pretty happy with LG. They ended up installing a new compressor in the unit.

Yeah ,it can be very confusing. Usually parts with an horizontal line above the marking code are monolithic power https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...85&postcount=3
